Shipping Information
All of the ready to ship Alt Hair units at Moore's Hair Boutique have a standard 2-3 business day processing time prior to shipment. Moore's Hair Boutique only ships products out between Monday and Friday. This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays.Â

Order Processing
Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an address other than the billing address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Moore’s Hair Boutique has the right to decline an order and issue a refund at our sole discretion. Confirmation of billing may be required and customer can/will be contacted via phone or email to complete.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your items have been shipped. If you don't see an email please check your Junk email for an email from service4@mooreshairboutique.com. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, text DeVon at 734-433-8383. Please have your order number and name prepared when you text. We do not ship on weekends, holidays, and in the occurrence of a natural disaster.
Order Cancellation and Modification PolicyÂ
Orders can be changed or modified but never cancelled for “full refund”. Moore’s Hair Boutique DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS, due to the nature of the product. Once the order has been placed, I am willing to only make modifications to the order. Some modifications may require extra cost (i.e.: more hair added on/a different cap construction/a different color). Please refer to the Return and exchange Policy

Custom Orders and Pre-Orders

Alt Hair Pieces that are custom ordered or pre-ordered have a standard 30-40 business day processing time prior to shipment. Moore's Hair Boutique only ships out products between Monday and Friday.
