Modification Policy
If you are dissatisfied with certain aspects of your unit, contact DeVon at 734-433-8383 or email service4@mooreshairboutique.com within three days of receiving your unit.
Most modifications can be completed within 5 business days. The modified product will be shipped out between Monday through Thursday as Moore’s Hair Boutique doesn’t ship on weekends.Â
Due to the fact that these units are NOT factory pre-made units we are able to modify a unit to a certain point. With that said, Moore’s Hair Boutique at our sole discretion, may modify a product under the following conditions:
Modification Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product(s).
The list of requested modifications must be emailed to service4@mooreshairboutique.com or texted to 734-433-8383. If I am unable to modify it to the customers specifications we will proceed with either an exchange (of equal value) or a reconstruct and modify which might incur extra costs. These options will be discussed with the customer.Â
Any modification requested after 3 days of receiving the product will not be honored.
I will not accept any merchandise, which has been used or altered (unraveled, washed, brushed combed or cut in any way.Â
In order to process a modification the product would need to be sent back. I will provide you with a shipping address or you can simply send it back using the address listed on the package sent to you.Â
If the modification requires an extra cost I will discuss with you the purpose of that extra cost (example; adding more hair onto the unit). I will keep in communication with you about the modifications as they are happening and send you updated product pictures.Â

Exchange Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the length, color or size of the unit contact DeVon at 734-433-8383Â Â or email service4@mooreshairboutique.com within three days of receiving your unit.
Due to the nature of the product, your order must meet Federal Health Regulations before requesting a return and exchange. All returns are processed within 1-2 business days upon arrival to our offices. Please contact me by text at 734-433-8383 or email service4@mooreshairboutique.com about your exchange.Â
EXCHANGES
Moore’s Hair Boutique at our sole discretion, may exchange products under the following conditions:

Any exchange requested after 3 business days of receiving the products will not be honored.
I will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut) in any way.
According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used due to hygienic reasons. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.Â
Product must be exchanged for something of equal value.Â
In order to process an exchange, the product would need to be sent back at your expense. When requesting an exchange, Moore’s Hair Boutique will provide you with a shipping address or just send back to the address listed on the package sent to you. Once your product has been received, it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused in its original condition, I will exchange the product for something of equal value and per your desired modifications if applicable. (Certain modifications may require extra cost).
Exchanges are limited to one exchange per order. No refunds will be permitted, unless it is determined that Moore’s Hair Boutique is the party at fault due to a fulfillment error, then I shall exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.Â
The customer is responsible for the reshipment cost as that is a separate service that has already been used.Â
For any exchange that permits a different cost (more than the original), the customer will be sent an invoice for the remaining balance owed as I do not ship out any product without full payment. For exchanges that are lower in cost, the remaining balance can serve as a credit to purchase another wig. I do not provide refunds of ANY costs. The remaining balance DOES NOT EXPIRE for credit to purchase another wig.Â
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
I will personally guide you over the phone or via email to assist you with your returns and exchanges requested.
When you receive your item(s), open the box and visually examine the product to verify you have received the desired texture and lengths you ordered. You can gently take the hair out of the package and check for fit as well. At this time, you can determine if the products you have received are damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered.
